Our Father's Herbs Subscription Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Our Father's Herbs Subscription Program. By enrolling in a recurring subscription, you agree to these Subscription Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before purchasing a subscription.
1. Subscription Authorization
By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize Our Father's Herbs to automatically charge the payment method provided at checkout for recurring orders according to your selected subscription frequency until you cancel.
Available subscription frequencies include:
- Every Two (2) Weeks (Biweekly)
- Every One (1) Month (Monthly)
Your payment method will automatically be charged on or around your scheduled billing date prior to each shipment.
By completing your subscription purchase, you acknowledge and agree that recurring charges will continue until your subscription is canceled in accordance with these Terms.
2. Billing Authorization
You expressly authorize Our Father's Herbs to automatically charge your selected payment method for each recurring subscription order.
Recurring charges will continue according to your selected billing schedule unless you cancel your subscription before your next billing date.
Failure to cancel your subscription prior to the next renewal date constitutes authorization for the next recurring charge.
3. Promotional Discounts & Coupon Codes
Promotional discounts, coupon codes, first-time customer offers, affiliate discounts, holiday promotions, and similar promotional pricing apply only to the initial subscription purchase, unless expressly stated otherwise.
After the initial order has been processed, all future subscription renewals will be billed at the regular subscription price in effect at the time of renewal.
Promotional codes:
- cannot be applied to recurring subscription renewals;
- cannot be applied retroactively;
- cannot be combined with other offers unless specifically stated;
- have no cash value.
Our Father's Herbs reserves the right to modify, discontinue, refuse, revoke, or correct any promotional offer, discount, or pricing error at any time, including in cases of suspected misuse, fraud, abuse, or technical error.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time without cancellation fees or penalties.
To avoid being charged for your next scheduled shipment, cancellations must be completed before your next billing date.
Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled and will be subject to our standard Return Policy, if applicable.
5. Changes to Your Subscription
You may update your payment method, shipping address, or subscription preferences through your customer account or by contacting Our Father's Herbs Customer Support.
Changes requested after an order has been processed may not take effect until the following renewal.
6. Pricing
Subscription pricing is subject to change at any time without prior notice.
Any pricing changes will apply only to future subscription renewals and will not affect orders already processed.
Introductory pricing, promotional discounts, or coupon codes apply only as specifically stated and do not automatically continue after the first subscription order.
7. Failed or Declined Payments
If your payment cannot be successfully processed for any reason, Our Father's Herbs may:
- retry the payment;
- contact you for updated payment information;
- delay shipment;
- suspend your subscription; or
- cancel your subscription.
Our Father's Herbs is not responsible for delays resulting from declined or failed payments.
8. Product Availability
Subscription orders are subject to product availability.
If a subscribed product becomes temporarily unavailable, Our Father's Herbs reserves the right to:
- delay shipment,
- substitute a comparable product (when appropriate),
- partially fulfill an order, or
- cancel the affected subscription.
9. Our Right to Cancel
Our Father's Herbs reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to suspend, modify, or terminate any subscription, account, promotional offer, or recurring order at any time, with or without notice, including but not limited to situations involving:
- product availability;
- pricing or typographical errors;
- suspected fraud;
- abuse of promotional offers;
- misuse of the subscription program;
- violation of these Terms;
- suspected illegal activity; or
- any other business reason deemed necessary by Our Father's Herbs.
10. Returns & Refunds
Subscription purchases are subject to the same Return & Refund Policy applicable to all purchases made through Our Father's Herbs.

11. Health Disclaimer
The products offered by Our Father's Herbs are intended solely to support general health and wellness.
Statements made regarding our products have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Customers should consult a qualified healthcare professional before using herbal supplements, especially if pregnant, nursing, taking prescription medications, or managing any medical condition.
Individual results may vary.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Our Father's Herbs, its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, successors, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or special damages arising from or relating to:
- participation in the subscription program;
- recurring billing;
- shipment delays;
- product availability;
- website interruptions;
- pricing errors;
- use or misuse of any product; or
- cancellation or modification of any subscription.
In all circumstances, the total liability of Our Father's Herbs shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for the subscription order giving rise to the claim.
13. Indemnification
By participating in the subscription program, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Our Father's Herbs, its owners, employees, affiliates, officers, successors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, expenses, and reasonable attorneys' fees arising from or related to:
- your use or misuse of any product;
- violation of these Terms;
- violation of any applicable law;
- inaccurate information provided during enrollment; or
- any negligent or intentional act by you.
14. Force Majeure
Our Father's Herbs shall not be responsible for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, acts of God, labor disputes, transportation interruptions, supply shortages, government actions, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located within Pennsylvania.
16. Changes to These Terms
Our Father's Herbs reserves the right to modify these Subscription Terms & Conditions at any time.
Updated Terms will become effective upon posting to our website and will apply to future subscription renewals.
Continued participation in the subscription program after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
17. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in an Our Father's Herbs subscription, you acknowledge that:
- You have read and understand these Subscription Terms & Conditions.
- You authorize recurring charges according to your selected subscription schedule.
- You understand that promotional discounts generally apply only to the initial subscription purchase unless expressly stated otherwise.
- You understand that subscriptions continue until canceled.
- You agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable website policies.
